Baker & Wife is set to welcome acclaimed chef and cookbook author, Marianna Orlinkova from Moscow, Russia for a private 4-course dinner. This event kicks off Wednesday, March 6th.

As many of you know, our owner Isaac spent 22 years in Moscow, Russia during a food revolution. Through his passion for food he met his lovely wife & Russian native, Iya. Isaac also met visiting Russian chef Marianna Orlinkova there.

Baker & Wife invites you to share a meal inspired by the country that they used to call home.Expand your international horizons and try the most authentic Russian food you have ever tasted.

Guests will also enjoy local live music to set the mood. We will start off the evening right with a perfectly crafted welcome cocktail from our mixologist Uldis & of course a shot of Russian Vodka for an authentic experience. Na Zdorovie!

with salmon roe

a twist on a traditional Russian salad

Course 2:

Borscht

rich soup with cabbage, roasted beets, carrots, bell peppers & potatoes served with sour cream & salted bacon-parsley mousse.

Course 3:

Beef Stroganoff

thinly sliced beef with cepes in a velvety sauce
